November 13, 2016 - AHA (Artists Helping Artists) Fundraiser for Hannah Gazso and Hailey Benedict
Fourteen young artists came together in concert in the Alberta Ballroom at the Chateau Lacombe Hotel on November 13th, 2016, to support two of their own in an event that was organized by Wes Inaba and Irma MacPherson, Artists Helping Artists. The young singers donated their time and talents to help raise funds for Hailey Benedict and Hannah Gazso. The two girls were the winner and runner-up respectively in the youth division of the Global Country Star Search competition held in June 2016. As winners they have the opportunity to travel to Nashville and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, in March 2017 to compete in the North American Country Music Associations International Competition. All proceeds from the event are earmarked to help the girls with transportation costs.
