October 20, 2017 - The Dungarees Second Annual Twenty Four Hour Gigathon

The Dungarees held their 2nd annual Gigathon at the Yellowhead Brewery, beginning at 8:00 AM on October 20th, 2017 and culminating at 8:00 AM the following day. Although several musical friends and groups joined them throughout the time slot, at least one member of the Dungarees was on stage for every set and the band played many sets themselves. When they finally got to sleep, they had raised over $15,000 for the Alberta Cancer Foundation Patient Financial Assistance Program, which helps patients and their family cover costs like living expenses incurred during cancer treatments.
