February 18, 2018 - Whitney Rose with opened Lucas Chaisson at Empress Ale House

PEI born Whitney Rose, who now makes her home in Austin, Texas, brought her new take on old style Americana music when she returned to Edmonton for a sold out show at the Empress Ale House on February 18th, 2018. The show was part of her western North American tour supporting her new album, Rule 62, and her previous album, South Texas Suite, both released in 2017. After returning to Austin for a few dates at her home base, the Continental Club, Whitney embarked on a European tour in April and May. Opening for Whitney was local artist Lucas Chaisson.
